I have the honour to transmit bemowith copies of

a revised Gertral White List for siam, ard of a local white

List of theɛs to whom goode may be consigned only from

neighbouring British Dondriers or via such Dominiore from

neighbouring countries, which liste have toen drawn up

with the approval of His Majesty's Secretary of State for

Foreign Affairs in substitution for the Eian White Lich. Thres

lists are revised up to July 21st, 1916.
